Also for fun if you send me a Tiktok workout video  you do not have to send me a workout and nutritional journal for this week. Welcome Back! I hope everyone had a awesome Spring Break and a wonderful Easter. As we continue with our virtual learning, I want everyone to continue to work on your journals  and turn them in by Friday. If you want to mix things up you can do a tik tok video of you working out instead of doing your journal. Remember when you submit your work make sure you put ONL WEIGHT TRAINING IN THE SUBJECT LINE FOR THE JOURNALS AND PUT TIK TOK IN THE SUBJECT LINE FOR THE VIDEOS   and email them to me at  troy.pruett@cobbk12.org

When you click on the link, you will need to go to file scroll down to make copy, Once you have your copy, fill out both logs  one says Food Diary and the other says workout Log. when you are finished make sure your name is on it then scroll up to email as attachment. I hope everyone is doing well. These are unprecedented times and things are evolving daily. As a result I am changing when and how work is submitted.
