Make sure you are staying engaged in your classes. Continue to journal what you are eating and drinking along with your exercise on a daily bases. This is due by 11.59 pm on Friday You have a variety of links to choose from. Also for fun if you send me a Tiktok workout video you do not have to send me a workout and nutritional journal for this week. When submitting your work,remember to put in the subject line ONL weight training for your workout and for the video put Tiktok in the subject line. Stay Safe and Healthy!

Welcome Back! I hope everyone had a awesome Spring Break and a wonderful Easter. As we continue with our virtual learning, I want everyone to continue to work on your journals and turn them in by Friday. If you want to mix things up you can do a tik tok video of you working out instead of doing your journal. Remember when you submit your work make sure you put ONL WEIGHT TRAINING IN THE SUBJECT LINE FOR THE JOURNALS AND PUT TIK TOK IN THE SUBJECT LINE FOR THE VIDEOS and email them to me at troy.pruett@cobbk12.org
