1st and 2nd block team sports will continue to play flag football
4th block will continue to follow their work out program. This will be my last week until we come back from Christmas Break. I will be having knee replacement surgery over the break,

Week of  10-30-2017

1st and 3rd block will play a flag football tournament outside if the weather permits us to. If we have to stay inside we will play a 4 down football tournament.

7-31 thru 8-4-17

I would like to welcome everyone back to the 2017-2018 school year. I will be teaching Team Sports 1st and 2nd block and Weight Training 4th block. the 1st week of school the students will receive all the information needed for class and they will take the Fitness gram the last part of the week.
