I hope everyone is doing well and completing your assignments in your other classes. I am attaching a link to two journals that I want you to use from now on. When you click on the link, you will need to go to file scroll down to make copy, Once you have your copy, fill out both logs  one says Food Diary and the other says workout Log. when you are finished make sure your name is on it then scroll up to email as attachment. Email me the attachment to troy.pruett@cobbk12.org and make sure you put ONL weight training in the subject line
