The first two units we will cover will be Volleyball then Badminton. This will take us a month to finish. We will then introduce two more units. We will introduce volleyball 1st for two weeks then we will introduce and play badminton for two weeks. at the end of the four weeks, we will take a test on volleyball and badminton

1st and 2nd block team sports classes will continue in their basketball unit
4th block will continue to work out and get ready for there max out test next week

1st and 2nd block will be introduced to basketball. They will start with learning the skills necessary to be successful in the game of basketball.
4th block weight training will continue to follow the workout that they have been shown
