Week of 5-4-2020


Make sure you are staying engaged in your classes. Continue to journal what you are eating and drinking along with your exercise  on a daily bases. This is due by 11.59 pm on Friday You have a variety of links to choose from. Also for fun if you send me a Tiktok workout video  you do not have to send me a workout and nutritional journal for this week. When submitting your work,remember to put in the subject line ONL weight training for your workout and for the video put Tiktok in the subject line. Stay Safe and Healthy!
