Welcome Back

I would like to welcome everyone to my weight training class. My name is Coach Pruett and I have been teaching and coaching for 29 years.I am very excited about teaching weight training. Here is a little information about the class. The first couple of days, we will be getting to know each other and go over the rules and safety for the class. Then we will do the fitnessgram and teach the lifts that you will be performing in class. once we have demonstrated and practiced the lifts, we will max out on the the three core lifts Bench, Squats, and Power Cleans.This will help us establish your work out for the rest of the semester. I am looking forward to a great year.
