1st and 2nd block will continue to play speed ball
4th block weight training will continue to follow their work out sheets

Week of 1-22-18
1st and 2nd block team sports will be introduced to speed ball and start drills and skills to play the game of speed ball.
4th block weight training will follow their work out program

Week of 11-13-17
1st and 2nd block team sports will continue to play flag football
4th block will continue to follow their work out program. This will be my last week until we come back from Christmas Break. I will be having knee replacement surgery over the break,
I hope everyone enjoys their Thanksgiving and Christmas Break

1st and 2nd block will work on the skills needed to play flag football
4th block wt. training will continue to follow their work out plan

Week of  10-30-2017

1st and 3rd block will play a flag football tournament outside if the weather permits us to. If we have to stay inside we will play a 4 down football tournament.

Weight training will continue to follow there workout plan

The week of 9-18-17

All Team Sports Classes will play kick ball this week getting ready for our fall break'. Please pay attention to the weather and be prepared to be outside.

Weight Training classes will continue to work out following their work out schedule

Team sports will start a unit on badminton

Weight training will continue to work out following their weight lifting plan.
Parents please remind your students on how important it is to bring a change of clothes and participate in class.
