Team sports will start a unit on badminton

Weight training will continue to work out following their weight lifting plan.
Parents please remind your students on how important it is to bring a change of clothes and participate in class.

1st and 2nd block will start to work on the skills needed to be successful in playing games.

4th block weight training will continue to work and get stronger in the 1st cycle

7-31 thru 8-4-17

I would like to welcome everyone back to the 2017-2018 school year. I will be teaching Team Sports 1st and 2nd block and Weight Training 4th block. the 1st week of school the students will receive all the information needed for class and they will take the Fitness gram the last part of the week.
